The Mine Hill Fire Department would like to thank the township of Mine Hill for it's recent acquisition of 12 brand new Scott SCBAs. This equipment upgrade will greatly increase the safety of the members of the Mine Hill Fire Department .

Tonight members of the Mine Hill Fire Department practiced establishing a water supply (hydrant hook up). Then performed hose line deployment and advancement. These skills are critical upon first due personnel and apparatus on scene. The Mine Hill Fire Department is proud to serve the community of Mine Hill Township!
On Monday MHFD members practiced cutting techniques with various saws and tools. Members also freshened up forcible entry techniques. Practice and muscle memory makes perfect.
